End user agreement
Your use of any Aloria Tech app (the "App") is governed by the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use and the Standard End User Agreement presented when an App is installed. Aloria Tech is an independent Marketplace Partner; the App is not developed or supported by Atlassian.
Licensing and billing
Each App is sold and licensed through Atlassian Marketplace. Pricing, trials, renewals, and refunds follow Atlassian's Marketplace policies. Free tier eligibility, if offered, is determined by Atlassian based on your site's user count.
Support
Support is provided as described on our support page. We aim to respond within 1 business day on business days but do not guarantee resolution times.
Acceptable use
Don't use an App to circumvent your organization's access controls, to harvest user information, or in any way that violates Atlassian's terms or applicable law.
Warranty and liability
Each App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Aloria Tech disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for that App in the 12 months before the claim.
